Announcing the 2023-24 Advanced Education Policy Leadership Program Fellows!

Congratulations to Pennsylvania’s six EPFP alumni who will be serving as our Advanced Fellows this year, joining Fellows from Kansas, Missouri, New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Ohio. This by-invitation-only program engages about 30-35 experienced professionals from K-12, higher education, advocacy, and policymaking positions in a year-long experience that begins with a Washington Seminar and culminates in policy presentations by interstate teams who work on issues pertinent to the national education agenda. This year’s Pennsylvania participants include:

  • Neil English, Superintendent at Riverview School District
  • Rebecca Fogle, Director of the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) in Malvern, PA
  • Bridget O’Connell, Superintendent at Palisades School District
  • Rebecca Roberts-Malamis, Deputy Executive Director and In-House Legal Counsel for the Bucks County Intermediate Unit
  • Taylor Samstag, Director of Instructional Innovation at Allegheny Intermediate Unit
  • Peggy Schooling, Executive Director Pennsylvania School Study Council/Professor of Professional Practice with Penn State University
