    PROPOSED PENNSYLVANIA LEGISLATION

    House Bill 2279
    Provide for the FY 2010-11 state budget, including funding for the Department of Education, PHEAA, community colleges and state-owned universities

    House Bill 2292
    Appropriates $333.863 million (including $15.791 million in ARRA funds) to Penn State University for FY 2010-11

    House Bill 2293
    Appropriates $167.995 million (including $7.505 million in ARRA funds) to the University of Pittsburgh for FY 2010-11

    House Bill 2294
    Appropriates $172.737 million (including $ 7.763 million in ARRA funds) to Temple University for FY 2010-11

    House Bill 2295
    Appropriates $13.782 million (including $0.159 million in ARRA funds) to Lincoln University for FY 2010-11

    House Bill 2296
    Appropriates $30.5 million to the University of Pennsylvania ($30 million to support Veterinary Activities and $0.5 million for the Center for Infectious Diseases) for FY 2010-11
